We had such a pleasant experience working with Leigh Calvert. We were trying to sell our home in Washougal while living out of state. Leigh was able to help us with a strategy to maximize our sale price. He organized everything including staging and coordinating the post-inspection repairs. We really appreciate everything Leigh did for us. I feel that we would have left some money on the table if we didn’t have him advising us throughout the process.

Leigh was recommended to us as we explored the Vancouver area as a place to relocate from the East Coast. Leigh was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market in particular. He was very generous with his time driving us all around the area just to get familiar with various locations and neighborhoods and subsequently showing us homes consistent with our preferences He was a good listener and soon focused on homes that would be of interest to us. He offered us excellent advice and strategy. Leigh is very professional, responsive, easy to work with and friendly. I highly recommend him.
