If you are like me, you read online reviews before setting up appointments with qualified potential contractors, and after those meetings make your final decision on several factors including gut impression. As a professional myself, things I look for include: professional and courteous demeanor, honest communication, clear explanation of service approach, and backing by a company with an excellent and trustworthy reputation. If you are looking to buy or sell a house or property, I highly recommend Leigh LaLonde. Not only does she check all the marks, she is a stand out. In my experience she is very personable and considerate, proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic, very responsive answering calls/emails and providing updates, and can be counted on to expertly apply her skills and creative personal touches towards successful outcomes.
