Lena Lake Campground

Nice camp sites, beautiful lake to enjoy

Lena lake is awesome! Its a pretty short and simple backpack trip, there are actual campgrounds set up, plenty of scavenging wood, the water isnt too cold. Bathrooms are pretty nasty but they actually have bathrooms so kudos. Theres pretty much no fish im not sure if it gets stocked or not. All around though this is my favorite summer spot and it has become an annual tradition.

Went there with our boy scout troop from Centralia back in the 50s just after a lightning storm had split many trees. The trip was during Christmas break and snow was all over. We played with two dugout canoes we found near the old building near Upper Lake. Beautiful place to spend some quality time.
