Manager was extremely rude on call i was talking with mohmd he was not able to explain the increased loan amount details I asked twice however he was not able to explain then he transferred to his manager i said that mohmd doesn’t know anything about the increased loan amount details and suddenly she stated some rude words in favor of mohmd in extremely rude manner,,,i was having autoloan they converted in personal loan with collateral my car’s title and raised the rate of interest,,, they didn’t explained about auto load to personal loan i asked at the day of disbursal of loan they said it is like that this is your personal loan when asked for refinance I requested to low down my installment however loan amount was increased as per my request due to some unavoidable circumstances but no one told me about increased rate of interest or auto loan converted in personal loan ,,, I strongly not recommended to visit Puyallup Washington branch go any other branch hopefully Lendmark group will help you for your requirements,,,,,,, bad experience to deal manager I worked 10 years with bank in dubai however this was a really bad dealing with lendmark financial - regards Manvinder singh
