Awesome and easy experience. I made an appointment over the phone and was able to get a time slot for a routine eye exam. Painless and easy process. Roxanne helped me pick out some glasses and she helped choose other products for my glasses. Overall, great experience and I’m super happy with my new glasses and prescription. It took about 2 weeks to receive my new glasses due to the Labor Day holiday, but worth it. I needed a bit more adjustments made to the frame and it was quickly adjusted within minutes. Great customer support, great range of products, and super easy process. I recommend everyone to visit this specific location as you can’t go wrong. 5/5 stars.

wonderful place, very nice and the doctor is a genius. my ophthalmologist was very impressed that he found a nevus in my eyes without dilating them. I now am going through tests with this nevus that never would have been found if it hadn't been for Doctor Colabella. highly recommend this place.

Exceptional service! I recently took my son to Lens Factory Optometry and was so impressed. Not only did they provide excellent customer service, but the glasses we ordered came quicker than expected. Their attention to detail and efficiency truly set them apart. Highly recommend!
