Fortune helped me on three separate phone calls from 2pm until 6:30pm on 10/26/23, up until 10 minutes before she was off. She helped me find my previous optometrist as the contacts from the prescription could no longer be ordered, looked up my insurance account from the previous year to find benefits, and helped find a solution that was $0 out of pocket. And she did all this with a helpful, confident, and cheerful attitude. Not once did she let me feel like I was bothering her with the multiple phone calls, and she even remembered me by name. I’ve never had such great customer service, certainly not for purchasing contacts. I had full confidence in her abilities as she led me through the process.
