I purchased a pair of progressive lenses and a pair of sunglasses at the LensCrafters in the Northtown Mall in Spokane. I worked with Allison and the experience was very rewarding. Allison was able to help me narrow down both pairs of frames, retrieve my prescription from my provider and complete the order in just about 1 hour. I appreciate Allison’s help and advice. I will continue to shop at this store. It was a great experience.

Night and day difference from previous places I’ve been. The exam process is simple and pleasant. Awesome technology that doesn’t ruin 2 hours of your day due to dilation. The people are great too. I’ll be a returning customer going forward.
