I lost my very expensive Perscription sunglasses set for distance sight. I called the store in Walnut Creek and was helped to reorder and offered two discounts which helped considerably. Without promises made, they are requesting a rush on my order. Very happy with the whole process.

Such a positive experience I had with Michelle. She was incredibly kind and helpful, as I didn't have much understanding about the size of reading glasses that fit my face. She took the time to adjust the glasses, which I had already ordered online. I am grateful she was kind to my pup and dad as well. Thank you!!!
