Adrienne was amazing! She resized my glasses that have been falling off of my face for years 😭 The customer service was great. Great spirit and really kind spirited which made the experience A1. I will definitely be back here.

I love and support this Lenscrafters, ive been coming here for years and its close to my house BUT if you wanna have a nice pleasant experience stay away from the older asian lady, the one with the glasses. I couldnt get her name unfortunately but shes burned out and not afraid to show it. Do approach the other asian lady the one with the nice smile, or any one else for that matter, theyre all so nice and helpful but this other one will make wanna go somewhere else. Just stay away from her and you be fine, this Lenscrafters is worth it

Hilda was extremely helpful! She helped me feel comfortable and provided any help she could offer. She was really funny and amazing, I recommended getting her to help you if you visit.
