The delivery team was efficient, courteous and friendly. Just discovered a small snag and run on pillow but no fault of the delivery crew.

Great delivery people - showed up on time and took all packing boxes away. The salesman was excellent but said he would try and expedite the delivery time (4 weeks), but no effort apparent. When I called two weeks after sale, another agent said the chairs were on route from Edmonton - the next week's call, the agent again said they were on route. Long journey. In any event, delivery took five weeks.

Great customer service and staff. First, we got Cris’ help and we came back to purchase a couch (that we loved by the way). Unfortunately he was not there when we came back, but we were assisted by Rai, Lovepreet and Ajay, that were just as great as Cris. They managed to get the couch in stock much faster than it would normally be… Thank you so much, that’s the kind of service we would expect.
