I recently visited Leo's Auto Repair for the first time and must say had a fantastic experience. Leo's is a small family run shop and simply a neighborhood gem in Kenmore. I have always taken our car to the dealership for any maintenance, and this was the first time I was going to an independent shop. Reading Leo's other reviews, I had a good feeling about his shop.
I made an appointment and dropped the car off in the morning. I was given an estimate then, and mid-day got an update call on the status of repairs with an estimate update, which was close to the original. By the end of the day, the car was ready and I was able to pick it up. Leo did a fantastic job addressing all the issues. My repair total was very reasonable and I knew had I gone to the dealership, I would have paid much more! Leo is one of those rare honest and trustworthy mechanics that's worth his weight in gold (sadly for him, he's a slim, fit guy!) I have no issues recommending his shop to anybody and am looking forward to my next visit.
