What I like about Les Davis Public Fishing Pier is it's open 24 Hours a day, seven days a week. Plus, you do not need to be fishing to go there.

You can fish till midnight, then switch to squid jigging and crabbing when the WDFW permits.

You can also watch fishermen's activities on the dock or take a walk on the pier.

We had a great fishing trip here with our 3 kids. We caught 8 fish on our first trip and we will definitely be going back.

Fishing, crabbing, squid fishing. A cold a weeks ago I got to see a soldier real in a shark at least 5 ft long. Scared the mess outta me. I didn't realize sharks that big were so close in the sound. And I see ppl kayaking out there alot. You won't catch me in that water on a kayak ... it's was amazing catch, shark got off the line as soon as he finally got him close to the pier. Apparently they walk them to the end of the pier and free them off the hook. Most incredible experience I've ever had. Maybe that's why we can't catch any fish lol.
