Absolute baffoons of mechanics. Made fun of my girlfriend for getting BRAND NEW ALUMINUM WHEELS torqued multiple times. Scheduled an appointment for an alignment as the past few times we were treated respectfully and they REFUSED to do it and treated her with absolute disrespect. Will not be coming back.

I cannot count the times Les Schwab has saved me this summer. We always visit during the winter snow tires change over for all our vehicles-but today this location takes the trophy. I walked in at 6:02pm, they were so obviously closed, but I opened the door and they put on my spare, no questions asked after they looked at my dead tire! ...Saved me so much worry-which costs more than money-so that I could make it home safely tonight.

Unfortunately this location does not treat potential customers with the respect I require to do business with them. Condescending, made me feel like they were put off with helping me. When I asked them if they wanted my business, they explained the reason I am so short with you is because we can’t get you in until next week. I don’t usually leave many reviews but if I owned this location. I would want to know. I remember when they were really big on customer experience but those days are gone.. I ended up getting my work done at golden rule brakes the next week because they were booked as well but still treated e with respect.
