While traveling in my RV I needed to have a tire replaced on my tow dolly. I bought 2 new tires and took them in for replacement. I got them back to install on the tow dolly and one of the tires has a bad seal and released all the air. I took it back and they said it appeared that they had damaged the tire when putting it on the rim. Without hesitation, Shelly (Service Writer) and the Manager Brett offered a full refund to me on the cost of the tire that I had bought in for replacement (Wasn’t even there brand). Thank you for your honesty and Shelly for your excellent customer service. A+++

Our car tires on our right side were lower than 30psi so we went to gas stations trying to fill it up but Les Schwab filled it up in 2 mins and the tires were at 35
