The customer service is basically nonexistent. I had a car that had a lot of problems and I kept going to Les Schwab to get it fixed and each time they never found the actual problem with the car. Also, the credit got maxed out and the last time I went there to pick up the car the guy literally threw my keys on the counter and told me that they can’t find out what was wrong. The older lady that works there is very rude and hostile. She called me yesterday about my account and I tried explaining to her that I’m now a part of the national debt relief program and that I’m making 2 payments a month to bring down my debt. She said then asked if I was going to bring the merchandise back and I asked her what do you mean? And she said well you can’t just take our merchandise without paying and I told her what the national debt relief people told me to say and she said “well we don’t do that here I’ll just send it to collections” and I tried to talk to her more but she hung up on me. I’ve never experienced this kind of ‘customer service’ before and I will never be finding back to them. They say they’re professionals but they’re just another place that overcharges their services. Everyone I’ve talked to said that the older lady is rude to everyone and no one does anything about it.

this review is very belated, but someone from this store saved my life, my time, and thousands of my dollars.
