Wow! I am surprised by the great customer service and excellent work! I felt welcomed, and all who worked there were very courteous. I love how the staff was obviously culturally diverse and happy!

This store values excellence in service beyond expectation! My friend and I were far from home when a near catastrophic bearing failure landed us in Brewster. Immediately the manager named Brian was on a mission to get us on the road again safely and in record time. The attention and concern to solve our problem was impressive. Some establishments still have people who care and strive for excellence. This is definitely one of them. A big thanks to the whole team at Les Schwab Brester. You saved our trip from disaster !

Unbelievable how attentive and fast these guys are. Unable to get my car into the Twisp Les Schwab because of a 3+week wait, I made the drive to Brewster because they could get me in the next day for my seasonal tire change. I’m glad I did! Brian and his crew had me in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and I could tell everyone was working their butts off. Will be coming back in the spring!
