I recently visited the Ridgefield Les Schwab for a tire rotation, and my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was unfriendly and uncommunicative. He briefly came out and told me I needed new tires without providing any explanation or assistance. He also said he couldn't rotate my tires because they were too worn.
However, my brother-in-law, who previously worked at Les Schwab, inspected the tires and confirmed that while they would need to be replaced eventually, they were still in good condition for now. Given this poor service, I will be taking my tire business to another Les Schwab location where I have received much better treatment, even though this one is more convenient.
I initially tried to book an appointment, but there wasn't much available day early in the morning, so I tried my luck just as a walk-in. I barely got parked when a tech asked what was happening and immediately took my car in while I checked in. The reception was courteous and swift. Unfortunately, the nail that plagued my tire was in the sidewall, but the techs didn't push to replace any tires other than the damaged one (FWD vehicle), nor did they push for additional services. The repair was complete, and the tech delivered my car to the front door to greet me and send me on my way, all in barely 30 minutes.
Fantastic service. I absolutely will return here for other services.
