Made an online appointment for a tire rotation and battery check at 1pm. I was checked in promptly at 12:55, and exactly at one, my car was taken back, and the maintenance was perfect in a prompt and proficient manner. Only took 30 minutes in total. Considering the customer backup, an appointment is highly recommended. I am very pleased with my service.

They try to be as helpful as possible, giving three stars because one of the ladies I forgot her name I think it starts with a K she was not friendly at all and probably shouldn’t be working with customers if she’s going to have a rude attitude, but the other employees were helpful.
