This is a big shout out to two Warrington Les Schwab employees - Sean and Calvin- who helped me and my family while they were off-duty last Saturday. After dining at Astoria brewing company, we came out to our car which had a bad flat tire and we ended up not having a spare (newer car). We needed to get home to Portland and had no options. AAA had no spares and Les Schwab wasn’t open until Monday. Sean and Calvin came to the rescue. They spent almost 2 hours helping us, ultimately fixing our flat tire so we could drive home, which we did successfully. They helped us on their own time and we are so grateful!

Not a big fan of Schwab. Was going to go there today to have a blown out tire replaced because we have an account, but they were going to take 2+ hours to do a 10 minute job. I ended up going to Del's in Astoria and they had me out the door with a new tire mounted and ready to roll 10 minutes after I arrived, and were all really nice and helpful. Go there if you need something done quickly with great customer service, and avoid this place. I only gave two stars because the girl working here suggested calling other shops if I didn't want to wait that long.

You can't trust them with your safety. I recently purchased new tires at a different location. During the tire change, I was informed that the damage to my rear tire was on the side wall, and Les Schwab REPAIRED it. They just sent me on my way knowing you can't repair these types of holes without concern of a blowout going down the road. I could have died traveling the highway. That doesn't matter if you don't care about safety. I was also told that the repair job was half assed as he showed me how he could remove the patch with his bare hands. Ontop of that, he found the plastic piece that went to their tire stripper INSIDE MY TIRE. I'm done, you lost a customer for life and I'm telling all of the locals not to go here.
