Walked in for 2 new tires. I was told by the service writer that I would be serviced next. 45 minutes later my car was still not started. So I went to the front desk and they said that 2 appointments were in front of me. This is the most unprofessional business ever. When you tell a customer that they are next you should keep your word. I will never recommend this terrible establishment.

So thankful for this Les Schwab! Traveled to Sequim for my anniversary & had a weird sound coming from my tires. Stopped in with 15 minutes left until closing and they happily looked at my car, found out the problem and fixed it (easy fix) and sent me on my way. Thank you so much!

We were headed out of town for a 3 day camping trip and I checked the tires on the travel trailer and they needed air. Got out my compressor to get the job done but the compressor wouldn't work. Just about every gas station around has pay air compressors, but that means having to maneuver my rig close enough to get all 4 tires. So I pulled in to Les Schwab's and they checked and filled the tires on the trailer - including the spare - at no charge! I'm going to need new tires on my car this summer and I will be getting them from Les Schwab. Thank you Les Schwab!
