Went to try the place out for an oil change, brought the air filters out and felt like they just grabbed whatever twigs and debris they could find and toss them on top before bringing them to show me, didn’t replace. Went to get on the highway after and they didn’t shut the hood fully either didn’t really care about writing a review for just the air filters but the hood just seems careless. I’ll not be going back and staying local after this.

I am not one to leave many reviews, but I’ve had a bad experience at the Ellensburg Les Schwab years ago and then recently here in Cle Elum. We took our vehicle in about a month ago to get looked over due to a loud noise something was making in the rear of the vehicle. My husband already did a complete look over himself prior to taking it in, and he found that the rear driver bearing was giving more than it should, but he isn’t a professional and wanted “professionals” look it over to be sure. We advised Cle Elum Les Schwab to look specifically at the bearings on the rear driver side, they took all 4 tires off and looked it over for a while and said nothing was wrong and sent us on our way. We took it for a second opinion, because the noise was so loud driving down the interstate, that we had to have the music full blast to still barely hear it, and turned out my driver side rear bearing was totally shot as well the CV joint that it was connected to! Please train your people better so this doesn’t happen to others.

Clean store nice and friendly people. Took in some brand new in box trailer wheels and tires for a mount and balance was charged $40 a piece plus tax. The item description was dismount, mount, balance and disposal. When questioned about the dismount and disposal fees being that they were brought in brand new I was simply informed that that's just what the package is. Seems like maybe they should have another package. Guess I'll continue my business out of town
