Specifically went into les Schwab to get my tires rotated before driving cross country over several mountain ranges to visit my parents for Christmas. I told them I was worried about my tread and they informed me the tread was fine but my front tires were unevenly worn. When I arrived in Tucson my dad informed me that my tires had not been rotated. Had my truck in there overnight and trusted them to rotate my tires because the mismatch tread was causing me to slide on the road. In turn they charged me 400 to replace a wheel bearing that now I’m realizing may have not needed replacing. Because I absolutely needed my tires rotated and they didn’t do that.
I’ve been scammed and you will too if you are someone that doesn’t know about cars. I went in there genuinely concerned with my safety and I discussed my concerns about the trip I was taking to the front desk lady and the technician working on my truck. They do not care about your safety only with convincing people to spend money.
The reason I know my tires had not been rotated is that they told me my front tires were worn the most and currently my front tires are still the most worn.
Attached are photos showing that my tires are severely worn on the outward facing front tires and the tread on the outside of the back tires is much better. It also shows how three of my four lug nut covers have been put back on incorrectly. So they took the tires apart and put them back incorrectly but they didn’t rotate the tires at all.
