Myself and my company used this les Schwab until last week, it was the last one I had faith in. Brought in my truck for an alignment and inquired about a tire rotation and balance for my medium duty truck of which they had aligned before. After the alignment tech told me he couldn’t do it, they “tried” and this time had no file for my truck now. They service semi trucks and could not or seemingly were not interested in rotating my tires or balancing them. Service was short and unfriendly and they didn’t seem interested in doing what they do……………tires and alignments, taking my business elsewhere.

Never had a bad experience at Schwab's. I wish their prices were more comparable to what else is available so I could spend there instead of online.

Good local spot for tires, etc.. they actually stand behind their products (unlike some other local tire suppliers. You may end up spending a little more, but these guys are everywhere and the extras they provide can definitely be worth it.
