Our motorhome takes an odd tire size on a 22.5 inch rim. These folks not only found the tires for me, they didn’t charge me extra for doing so and they installed them on the same day they found them. They’re five stars in my book!

Well we blew two tires on our 5th wheel so we really couldn’t shop around for the best price so we didn’t get a deal by any means. Alex was nice, but when he pull one wheel off told me the brake lines were damaged. When I looked they were as they should be. He also “ helped me out by putting the spare tire back under the trailer. He yelled that it was tight but it fell down within 50 miles and blew a hole in my spare because it wasn’t tight enough. But the crew were good friendly and fast. I would just say Alex stick to tires, your not a mechanic and is shows. You Cost me a spare!

I have been using Les Schwab since I was 16. Today my wife went into the Veradale, WA location to get her tires rotated. The salesman seeing an opportunity sold her on unnecessary siping. They only explanation she was given is that it makes the tires grip better in the snow.....not the process nor that it was a charge do it. She called me in tears, feeling taken advantage of and not liking how the car handled afterward. I called the manager, Eric, and explained the situation, told him I felt the salesperson took advantage of a woman, etc. He basically called my wife a liar and refunded my money...if we come back in.....yeah right. I am so disappointed in this location, Eric and the salesperson Jacob.
