I just want to give a shout out to Cody and the team for excellent service helping me with putting my spare tire on for my 56 passenger motor coach that saved the day for a group of seniors on vacation . You truly went over and beyond . Thank You!!

Atrocious customer service. Had 2 flat tires on tires that I purchased from Les Schwab. Was told by Luis that my tires were warrantied, and was quoted a price for 4 new tires. Manager called back and said Luis had "misquoted" the warranty terms, and the tires that were quoted to me were now double the price. Stay away from this branch, the Stevens Dr. branch actually honors their word.

I've been going to this location for a couple years now and the employees are so kind and helpful. I've yet to have a issue of any kind here. They work with you and make you feel valued as a costumer. I will gladly support this business time and time again.
