I had a frustrating experience that was then promptly taken care of with great customer service by Miguel. A couple days ago I stopped by to check my tire pressures and was told by an employee that they were all good. The next day (yesterday) I realized I had a very flat tire. The AAA employee that helped me change it said that there were no nails or holes or anything obvious that would have caused the flat. I felt frustrated that Les Schwab had JUST checked the tires and didn’t find the issue. I called Les Schwab and spoke with Miguel about it, and he was very courteous and said he would take a look at the tire and fix it up. I came in this morning and he did just that, he explained the problem with my tire and fixed it. Miguel also found another issue and quickly let me know about it. I appreciate that he took that time, thank you for your help!

I had an issue with this Les Schwab Center, and the Service Manager Brandon, took care of it quickly. My family has been using Les Schwab for years, and this is why, they take care of their customers. Kudos to Brandon, thank you Sir!

Keegan and Miguel were helpful! I appreciate the time and effort they put in to make sure I got the right tires for my van.
Les Schwab is the only place to get your tires in the Tri-Cities.
