Awful service!
I dropped off my van on the 23rd. I was told they could replace the struts, cv joint, and tires by the end of the day.
By the end of the day I received a call saying they would finish the van on the 24th because they had to pull the dash to replace the struts.
I received no call and no VM from them on the 24th and called on the 25th. They said they couldn't replace the struts as they don't pull dashboards. But they replaced the tires and cv joint.
I picked up the van and drove 10mins out of the parking lot and heard bad noise so turned around and came back. Upon inspection, my ABS cable was severed and my calipers were near seized - I had no brake issues prior to bringing my van in.
They claim no responsibility for this failure.
I ordered brakes from them as I didn't feel comfortable driving with no brakes. I was told this was to be done by sep 28th.
I have just received a call informing me this is now delayed again as they have ordered the wrong parts.
