Friendly and effective staff Arrive early on peak seasons
The people are friendly, but it takes all together way too long... dropped my car off around 10:30 this morning with a blown tire. I purchased 4 new tires at a price that was higher than average but I needed them right away so I pulled the trigger on them. They told me they would have to get the tires from another store, likely grandview or sunnyside, and they would call once they were finished. I also asked for an alignment.
Around 2:30 I called and asked what the status of the car was and the response was, "we'll be finished with your vehicle in 10 minutes". I was 30 minutes away so I immediately headed back that direction. When I arrived they were still working on the vehicle and they said, yet again, "it'll be 10 minutes". About 45 minutes later they were finally finished with my car at 3:45 pm. While the alignment feels well done and the tires are properly mounted, I'm wondering how on earth it takes almost five and a half hours to complete this job? Also, please stop telling people it will be 10 minutes when you clearly know it will be longer. Twice I was told 10 minutes. They were friendly, not rude in any way. This is not the first time I have dealt with ridiculously long wait times.
