I've been a loyal Les Schwab customer for over 20 years, but the "we come running" slogan needs to go away. Corporate Les Schwab has joined the masses in poor customer service. I watch service techs and staff NOT running, NOT caring about the next guy who pulls up. NOT care about the customer waiting for a battery swap for 2 hrs to be told multiple times "you're next in line" to then watch other vehicles be next in line. Better figure out who's next or I'm going to take my business to a local company just down the road.

Five stars doesn't begin to express my gratitude for the team that was working 05/06/24. I arrived early morning with a Star Spike in my tire and had to be to a funeral by 1pm in Kennewick. The team saw my worry of not making it in time and went above and beyond to ship the tires I needed from Ellensburg and had me on the road by 11:30! Thank you again guys! I really wish I would have caught all of your names!

Five stars for sure would be my rating. If I can go for more than five then I would. This store has done so much when it was time for me to get tires. Ramon was knowledgeable about the tire size that I needed for the rims that I was about to get. That itself gave me full confidence in trusting him with my car. Overall, customer service was top notch and if you were to look for a tire shop then I would recommend this Les Schwab.
