they were about to close. I had a blow out on my class a rv on the side of hwy 84. they brought a tire out, changed it and inspected the other tires and filled them with air (unlike the horrible services I got at salem oregon lancaster schwab. they told me the tires would be good through the next summer.....) blew a drive tire on a major hwy.
I cannot say enough good things about the gresham store or the man that fixed our tire. Hands down the best tire experience of my life and it cost almost double what the tire was but they were closed and had to drive to me on the freeway and take a tire off the rim and put a new one on with only two long bars and a sledge hammer. he blew me away by his ability quickness and concern for us. he checked everything and said we would need tires after winter on the 3 rest and to becareful. He cared.... I wish i knew his name I would tell his boss he deserves a raise for his professionalism but also his care about our safety
I visited this Les Schwab on 06/15/2024. Boy gone are the days where Customer Service is what Les Schwab makes their name on now it's just greed and money. I wanted to get my Brakes checked. After an hour wait not surprising on a Saturday afternoon.
I was approached by one of their technicians who gave me a piece of paper with a quote of $800 to have my brakes done including rotors and calipers no explanation as to why only said that my brakes were getting low. To me that means the pads but of course he never bothered to clarify why my whole brake system needed to be replaced. Then to make matters worse he started in that my tires are worn. And for two tires wanted to charge me another $300, $500 or $700 for two tires.
i just said well that's what I needed to know in which he muttered well I guess I will put it back together. Being upset I sat in the lobby and voiced my displeasure to who was with me. No one bothered to try and explain anything.
i will not be back Les Schwab I will go to a Mom and pop garage to get my brakes done and get an honest assessment. Since all you care about is ripping people off.
