Told me it was only going to take two hours to get my tires swapped out. Waited three hours without them doing anything. Had people who came in after me with flat tires get done before me and they told me they had appointments for weeks.. really for flat tires? I was there when they checked in. I’m fine if it takes a while, but you don’t have to lie to me.

Sometimes, things happen that are out of our control, and Inconvenience us. Not only is it inconvenient for the customer, but it's also the same for the people who are providing the services. All I can say is that Robert and his team will make it right in the end. Thank you for your diligence and for going the extra mile.
