"I recently had a negative experience with Leslie's pools, and I feel compelled to share my experience. My elderly mother needed a replacement part for her pool filter system, and we were informed that the part was no longer available. However, after doing some research, I found out that the part was still being produced and was half the price Leslie's pools had charged us.
What bothered me most was that Leslie's pools tried to convince us to replace the entire filter system with an air filter system. As my mother is 81 years old, I found this highly concerning. It was clear to me that Leslie's pools was not being truthful with us, and I felt taken advantage of.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Leslie's pools, and I would not recommend them to others. I hope they can improve their customer service and business practices in the future."
