I strongly advise to not use this company. The person who came to do $180 inspection of my pool equipment did not explain anything at all, did not know how to turn my solar heating, did not know how to set up two schedules (one for pump and one for cleaner), tried to sell me $3,000 worth of equipment stating that mine was broken but refused to provide a report in writing what was broken exactly and left. I am in process of reporting Leslie Pool Supplies to the Better Business bureau. I advise to not ever use their services. They don't contact their business using honest and knowledgeable professionals.

Had a bad experience with service rep. Complained to corporate and was ignored. Spoke to store rep and the district manager called and fixed the problem. I was leaving this company but after this response have decided to stay with this company. Late January wife and I encountered a very upset and rude manager at a location that can't train or maintain staff, opens late and barely functions. The manager, who never returned a requested call about a product, was nasty to my wife and provided no service or reply to my request to call me. It is obvious to me that the company can't fix this stores ongoing problems. They also don't care about me as a customer, so you have lost me as a longtime customer.

We got our free water testing here and bought all our chemical from this place. We had great experience with the staff. They honor the coupon when I asked. Took my teenage son here to inquire about summer job and the manager was super proffesional and answer his inquiry. He wasn't old enough to apply but so happy that she treated him so kindly. Great store to have in our community.
