I have been to two of their locations and I’ve had the SAME experience. Their response when they don’t have something I was asking for “We don’t have it and I have no idea who carries it or how you can get it.” Two different locations and two different things I asked about. Both times I went there because someone said “Leslie’s Pools, they know everything and have everything related to pools. If they don’t know, I’m sure they can tell you where to go.” The truth is they don’t have everything and they don’t care to help you if they don’t sell it. It’s clear they’re trained to respond this way, which reflects a desire to move onto the next customer who might buy something. Don’t recommend this place.

This is the best shop for pool supplies in all of Bakersfield. The manager, Dennis, knows his stuff and goes above and beyond when it comes to helping me with my pool. Store is clean and staff is friendly.

Thanks to Josh for providing great customer service today. He took his time & diagnosed the exact issue with our equipment. Even though he was the only employee working in the store, he took care of every customer. Thank you!
