I had an item to ship and stopped by The Letter Box, with the item I was shipping, to get an estimate on shipping which was to include them boxing the item as well. The lady I spoke with weighed and measured the item, I provided the zip code where it was going to, and we discussed the boxing of the item and were both very clear as to what was needed because I did explain that I was selling said item and was charging for shipping. I went back two days later to ship the item and the price went up by $11.00 and change. Yes, I understand "estimate", but 25% off? Sure, they were nice about it and apologetic, but it didn't cost them anything, even though it wasn't a lot of money, they sure could have discounted it some. I will not return to that location for future shipping needs.
