Registered my account online without a problem and received an email from Kinek/ Letterlock with my account information. When my order arrived at the location I did not receive a phone call or email. When I called Letterlock myself the girl who answered the phone was rude. She told me the had a lot of orders to be filled and I shouldn’t expect to hear anything from them for a while. I told her I had already been waiting and that I got a notice from the company I ordered it from that it there. I had to make her look up my package to tell me it was there. She said they had no info on file, when I asked if I could update my info she said no, they don’t have any internet. What a joke! Poor customer service. Will use another mail forwarding service in the future.
