The worst person I have ever go to... they don't pay attention when filling out the form in the years i have filling taxes i have never asked to mail my returns. I took my bank account for nothing she didn't even put it and because of this I never got one check.. it got lost or stolen when I call to help me out she said oh you have to call i said it wasn't my fault... didn't help me at all still a year haven't received it.. so fu... unprofessional and there too expensive... I hate people that like to take advantage fu... her

Horrible experience she took more out my taxes then what I had signed for. I took my bank information never got deposited. They stated “for some reason it got sent to us.” They never let me know it’s was sent to them I had to constantly call them for them to tell me. On top of that I got a letter from IRS saying they owed me more money. She also didn’t submit my girlfriends tax return until a month after I had filed. She was quick to take the money for doing them. She didn’t even complete my gfs taxes she sent them half done. We had to contact irs and fix everything ourselves. Would not recommend.
