I have received so many calls and voicemails from V. Patel but every time I try to call back we just say “HELLO?” And “HUH?”… I’d like some real conversation next time. Also Mr. Patel actually just hung up on me so I’m a little hurt by that… not satisfactory service.

I come from a long history of Coaxial Cable providers.. Comcast, Charter, Time Warner Cable. Level 3 Communications is another creature entirely. They use a high speed directional wireless connection to bring Internet directly to apartment complexes. The install was a simple as someone coming in and handing me a cat-5 cable and saying go for it. I no longer need to use my cable modem. I plug my router in and go. Best part of all was there was no install Window. I requested a 4pm appointment and Chris was there at 3:55. 100 megabits up and down for 50 a month. How can you beat this?
