Great prices, clean store, and good selection. For the most part, I've received friendly service. There has been a couple times where it's been not quite right. Overall good experience though.

I bougth a pair of jeans today, got home and checked my reciept and found out i got charge for a higher price than what it is on the tag. I immediately called and asked Ashley (who took my call) if she can do something about it without me having to go back to the store. She took my info and said they will call me back once the manager comes back from her lunch. I tought they will no longer call me but Jennifer (manager)did and help me get a refund OTP. Also the guy who helped me at the checkout counter was very informative about the promotions they have. Even sign me up to get additional discout.

Destiny at the Carlsbad outlet was absolutely wonderful! She approached me and my daughter, I needed some help for daughter's size in Levi's size she was so helpful and we got done so quickly. Destiny I am so proud of you, I am in customer service too and u did an amazing job!!!!! SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!
