This rating is based solely on dealing with Cecilia on a return. This young lady is OUTSTANDING! She worked very hard to locate the pants to replace the ones I was returning. Furthermore, she called the store who said they had the pants to ensure the inventory was correct. She went well beyond what I expected. It was nice dealing with someone who cares about customer service.

I want to start out by saying this is the review of the quality of the jeans and not the people who work here! Everyone was very helpful and nice even though I tried on every style of jeans. The fabric is very thin and does not feel durable at all.. Maybe since they are women’s jeans? Does anyone else have this problem??

Yeah, not one pair of pants in the entire store that had a waste size above 34'. Crazy.
