Let me start by saying I never write reviews. But this staff has been absolutely awesome! I mean they go above & beyond & if they don't have something in their store they make sure they find it in another. I've been there 3 times in the month of January & Everytime the service has been absolutely fantastic!

I've always liked Levi's jeans, but the customer service experience I had today was extraordinary. When I entered the store around 3:30, the representative advised that she had more stock in the back she could check if I couldn't find the size I wanted. After I tried on a pair and came out empty handed, she steered me toward a different cut that I ended up liking better anyway. There was no pressure (she mostly left me alone) but she was aware of me and very helpful in both finding what I needed and helping me save money on my purchase. This, for me, was the perfect shopping experience.

Employees were super welcoming in offer to help right away.
The store was super clean in organize and also pretty well Stock!!
