They didn't have the my size at their store so the manager Anne ordered some them from the Tulare store. I never recieved an receipt or email. It has been two weeks and I haven't received my shorts but my card was charged. I drove 45 minutes to the store today and they claim the shorts were received the day after they were purchased. They would not send me new shorts or refund me. I left empty handed. I order stuff online constantly and don't have any problems receiving them from other stores.

Best customer service ever! Super helpful and friendly staff helped me find the perfect jeans and even offered discounts on the ones I wanted. I'll probably come by again next time I go over the Grapevine. Definitely worth the stop if you're passing through.
