Sales person was very friendly and helpful however, as soon as I got home and washed a pair of prewashed 501's I took them out of the wash and let them air dry, I immediately noticed that the front left pocket fabric on top has permanently folded back, as well as the fabric on both rear pockets specifically on the top of the pocket was cut too long and now both pockets in the back flare out and look silly. So disappointed with the cheaper fabric and quality Levi's are now known for, gone forever are the good old days where they were made far superior than now, no more double stitch on the inseam for durability. Sad profit is much more important than making a quality product.

Horrible returns! I ordered 3 pairs of pants online for Christmas, exchanged them in-store because I bought the wrong size. They will not credit the original balance to your new purchase, and also won’t give you the discount from the original purchase. They were supposed to refund the original balance to my card, and made me pay again for the new ones. Never got refunded! So ended up paying $250 for 3 pairs of jeans. Called their horrible customer service several times and they say I’m screwed and to call my bank. What’s my bank going to do? Make it magically appear?! I will not be buying Levi’s again until dressing rooms are open in store.

We went in and bought two pair of pants . We told the cashier the pocket were sticking out should be get another pair ?
She tried tuck it in to no prevail said once you wash them it will be fine . The gal was fine but if levi thinks it can put out this type product for this price . I'll go back to Ross at least you know what your getting at a fraction of the cost. After wash now both pockets sticking out.
