been wearing my Levi's jeans for 10+ years and they started to tear apart below hip so I went to this store yesterday. Tried on some of the styles and found one of them perfectly fit me but unfortunately they didn't come in my size (length). I purchased and had them shorten at Euro tailor across the street. Original hem cost 14dollars which is reasonable. I also had some help from one of the staffs at Levi's and she suggested a certain type of jeans and I loved them💜 I ended up buying three pairs in total 😅
I came in wanting to try a bunch of different styles to see what looked best and Kiran the store manager was awesome! I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time, and I’d go out of my way to shop at this location even though other ones are closer for me.
I had an infant in a carrier and she was so kind about helping me find what I was looking for, checking in when I was in the change room and commenting on the fit of the jeans, offering me a private spot to feed my son, and opening a till to ring me through faster because my son was getting fussy.
Thank you for making me feel so welcome! Most of the time I just feel like a nuisance when I shop with a baby, especially when they become fussy. This was refreshing!
