Finally the classic 501's are back. The designation is '93. Referring to the year 1993 when I was a size 34 and had a butt that filled out the them jeans. Now is a different story, but I'm so happy.
The crew there were attentive and alert to the new pandemic M.O. and were on it. There were apparently too many people filling the store and immediately positioned a nice young man at the door. The blonde running the fitting room was so keen on making sure the rooms were clean.
I'll be back. No doubt
I came here today because of Chip Bergh's statement about the repulsive voting rights abuses taking place. I wanted to support this iconic American company being on the right side of history by speaking with my dollars. The three employees present were superb. All provided top notch customer service to every guest in the store. I never had to ask for a thing as my needs were anticipated.
Keep up the great work Levi's<3
Update.... My family and I stopped at the Irvine Spectrum on the way up to Anaheim and my daughter asked to look in the Levi's store. She was looking for a specific pair of jeans and was hoping they might have them in stock. We walked over and from the time we entered the store to the time we exited everyone was so nice and super helpful. They were all very friendly and were there if we needed anything. Unfortunately we did not find the jeans and no cord's but we will be back for sure. The employees were great this trip and we looked forward to shopping in store again on our next trip up.
It takes a lot for me to leave less than 3 stars and a bad review but we walked in looking for cords for our son and the employees did not even so much as acknowledge we had walked into the store. They looked like they were either doing a floor set or checking inventory. The store was not closed. They were extremely rude. I said excuse me, I wanted to ask a question and nothing. Even when super busy in a store we have not had an experience like this on a long time. There is always people around to help.
