I’m unsure about the values of the store where the inventory was much less robust than at the Viejas Outlet store. Online is easy but their website gives immediate gratification.

This is just my personal experience but wow they have awful customer service. The store was near empty and there were 4-5 associates and one other customer. I was waiting at the dressing room for 10 minutes waiting to get access to a room, made eye contact with two associates who just walked on by so I thought maybe they were just customers? Hard to tell when nobody who works there bothers to say hi or offer help
Eventually someone there finally told me they’re closing in 30 whole minutes and the area is closed

Even though the shop is very organized and you can find what you are looking for, the attitude of the crew is a bit arrogant. Also, the tailor service is promoted in the Google reviews, but it is a miracle to find the tailor there. I had a pair of trousers to be repaired and I decided to use the original tailor service. The next week I brought the pair at the same time to the shop and they told me that the tailor would be there around 11-11.30 AM. I didn't have time then and I decided to bring it next week, but what a surprise. It was an off-day of the tailo, I couldn't leave my trousers and they asked me to call them before going to the shop. When I mentioned the conversation from the previous week, one member of the crew raised his voice. I am sure that I will not visit that shop again and I recommend to you to be prepared to get scolded to get a service from there.
