To all the employees who didn’t greet me when I walked in and to all the employees who didn’t ask if I needed help. While you stand around talking about non related work topics, you’re seen, heard and evaluated by the customers you don’t greet. We walk around in your store wondering why you’re not getting the same courtesy from those customers who walked in after you resulting in no sales!
My sister walked in after I left looking for me and she too shared the same experience.
I last visited on 8/20/23 around 3-4. Never again will I shop at a Levi’s store.
