They hemmed my new jeans and they were available to pick up 2 days layer.

Excellent customer service at this particular location. You feel like a welcomed friend when you shop here. Bright, organized, well kept store. Come here a lot because there's always great deals here. And there's more variety, sizes and selection here than other Levi's retail locations.

Sent in a jacket to have patches sewn on. Mallory was super nice and helpful. Called to pay for it over the phone and Jasmine was also awesome. Full disclosure, I am an employee at another store ✌️
