The Humidifier exceeded my expectations in the way it operated. However, at 32 days old, it developed developed a slight leak in the water tank. I contacted Levoit directly, and within a week they responded by sending a replacement.
If your looking for a room air purifier I’d recommend staying away from a Levoit brand units. Up front price looks ok but filter replacements are expensive compared with competitors. Also units will barely last past a less than generous warranty period. When my unit suddenly died I contacted Levoit CS but they just gave me the quick brush off. Low quality and CS seems to just a hobby in my opinion.
