Stayed here with my wife after a show at the RV Inn Style Ampitheater.
Late night staff help you from a window where you ring a doorbell to hail them. Staff are friendly and the property is well maintained. The room we stayed in, the Burma room, is quirky but a steal for the price. The Burmese theme, complete with books, statues, paintings, pictures from someones trip, and a red accent wall was fun.
The room has a comfy King bed clean sheets, and all the basic amenities - including a microwave and mini fridge. I do wish they left a couple bottles of water for arrivals. The coffee pods are Amazon Solimo Dark Roast, an all right choice but the coffee machine ended up overpouring and wasn't making us a good cup. We're coffee snobs so we ended up grabbing some at breakfast then dropping by the organic coffee place 5 mins away across I5 after checking out. That place is good fyi. The room has a TV, nothing special. A/C worked well.
Because the room is corner to the river, the patio looks over the garden offering a really pretty view of Lewis River. Two seats and a counter area out on the patio. First floor. Really peaceful.
Breakfast is comprehensive, offering waffles, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, breads/bagels/muffins, juice, milk, etc. My knocks on the breakfast are that the B&G was only OK, the eating area is kind of small, the only eggs were hard boiled, and there was no primary protein.
The LRI is a chill, quiet spot to stay overnight. Rooms are decent. View was great. If we see a show down that way again we'd consider staying there once more. Had we known we weren't in a rush to get room I might've considered McMenimans, Ilani, or Best Western instead. I'm glad we saved the money and went with LRI though. Perhaps the best quality for value in area.
